My ballpoint drawings and paintings are on-going visual conversations. My art works are about beauty in the everyday environment in which we live. Form and light are two critical components in my art. My three guiding principles are: mastery of craft; originality; and energy. I strongly believe art should move the viewer with a sense of awe through visual elements and give energy, not confusion. To take something ordinary and turn it into extraordinary – that is art!
